6-Week Recovery Coaching with Tina Wehner

Six individual sessions would normally total $1,890. With 6-Week Recovery Coaching, you receive six sessions for the price of five—a $315 savings.

Six weeks of personalized guidance, practical next steps, and consistent support.

Recovery takes more than knowing what you’re supposed to do. The harder part is often putting what you know into practice and continuing when you encounter obstacles along the way.

Six-week recovery coaching gives you consistent, one-on-one support as you work through that process.

You’ll meet privately with Tina each week to identify what needs your attention, set practical goals, work through challenges as they arise, and continue building on the progress you’re making.

Your 6-Week Coaching Package Includes:

  • Six private 45-minute coaching sessions with Tina Wehner
  • Weekly support and accountability
  • Personalized guidance based on your recovery needs and goals
  • Help identifying and working through obstacles
  • Practical next steps to focus on between sessions
  • An opportunity to build on your progress from week to week

Rather than trying to solve everything at once, you’ll have six weeks to focus on what matters most, put new practices into action, and return each week with the questions and challenges that surface along the way.

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive instructions for scheduling your first 45-minute coaching appointment with Tina. (Sessions are intended to be completed weekly and must be used within 8 weeks of purchase.)
Please Note

Recovery coaching is an educational and supportive service designed to help you identify goals, apply recovery principles, build skills, and determine practical next steps.

Coaching is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment and does not include diagnosis, treatment of mental health conditions, trauma therapy, or crisis intervention. If Tina determines that your needs would be better supported through therapy, an intensive, or another level of professional care, she may recommend additional or alternative support.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in immediate danger, coaching is not an appropriate crisis resource.
