Addiction and trauma are challenging foes.
If you are navigating sex addiction or betrayal trauma, you may feel like you are doing everything you can to move forward.
You may be:
- Trying to stop acting out
- Working to rebuild trust
- Managing overwhelming emotions
- Having difficult conversations that don’t seem to go anywhere
Trying to recover on your own can feel like trying to climb a mountain on a treadmill—you are exerting a lot of energy, pushing yourself harder and harder, but at the end of it, you are still in the exact same place.
You are logging steps, but you aren’t actually getting anywhere.
Recovery from sex addiction and betrayal trauma is a different kind of journey.
It is not about running harder, it’s about learning how to move across a completely different terrain.
Because when you have a mountain to climb, a treadmill isn’t going to get you there.
Why Recovery Feels So Hard
Most people approach recovery by focusing on one piece at a time.
They try to change behavior.
They try to improve communication.
They try to manage emotions.
While each of these matters, none of them work in isolation.
Healing from sex addiction and betrayal trauma requires more than willpower or one set of tools.
It requires a complete framework—one that addresses every part of your life that has been impacted.
A Different Approach to Healing
iReAct 101 was designed to provide that framework.
Instead of focusing on just one area, this course walks you through the six domains of wholeness that work together to support lasting recovery.
These six domains serve as the compass to guide you through the valleys of change so you can reach the peak of freedom.
This is not just about stopping behaviors.
It is about rebuilding your life in a way that is:
 ✓Connected
 ✓Stable
 ✓Sustainable
